MACHINE INTRODUCTION

FAGOR PREP TABLES presents design, performance and efficiency unlike any of
its kind.
Prep tables set up a sturdy, comfortable and clean workspace while featuring an
efficient and reliable
refrigeration system. All stainless steel interior and exterior, with high density
insulation, self closing
doors and 120° stay open feature for the best convenience.
Evaporator on the side for greater usable interior capacity.

Slide out compressor rails for service ability.

Important safety information

DANGER: Power must be turned off and disconnected from the power
source whenever performing maintenance, repair or cleaning the
condensing unit.
If machine still running when power is off, disconnect power at the
circuit breaker before unplugging the machine.
WARNING: Machine and compressor warranties are void if failure is
due to improper electrical installation.
Do not introduce hot foods, chemical or corrosive products, drugs,
or open beverage bottles.
