Specify the image file format. In addition, you can adjust the image quality level.

High Comp. PDF
TIFF
JPEG
XPS

PDF/A*
* This setting is displayed only when [PDF] has been selected as the file format.

Saves or sends a PDF file. You can specify the format that comply with PDF/A.
Saves or sends a High Comp. PDF file.
Saves or sends a TIFF file.
Saves or sends a JPEG file. Each page will be saved individually.
Saves or sends a file in XPS.
Select from PDF, TIFF, JPEG, and XPS.
Set the image quality from [1] to [5] (Low Quality - High Quality).
If you selected [High Comp. PDF], adjust with [Compression Ratio Priority], [Standard],
or [Quality Priority].
Set PDF/A from [PDF/A-1a] and [PDF/A-1b].
Display the screen.
