    For more details, refer to “Check Network Wiring” on page 16. Identity Code The Net ID of the C2N-IRGW-1G has been factory set to 2D. The Net IDs of multiple C2N-IRGW-1G devices in the same system must be unique. Net IDs are changed from a personal computer (PC) via the Crestron Toolbox™.

After the Cresnet network wiring has been installed and verified, use the following procedure to install the C2N-IRGW-1G in a standard, single-gang electrical box (refer to illustration that follows this paragraph): Installation view CAUTION: Excess wire that is pinched between the C2N-IRGW-1G and the electrical box could short out.

  • Page 13 Crestron control system. All that is required to complete this procedure is the C2N-IRGW-1G, a PC running the Crestron Toolbox, a Crestron control system connected to the PC and any universal remote (complete with batteries and manufacturer's manual).
