WARNING! Remove loose objects and
auxiliary equipment before transportation
Remove loose objects, trays, and other auxiliary equipment
from your wheelchair and store them safely before you
transport your wheelchair in a motor vehicle. If you transport
a wheelchair in a motor vehicle with loose objects, trays, or
other auxiliary equipment the vehicle's occupants could suffer
bodily injury.
CAUTION! Do not use the wheelchair in
extreme conditions
Permobil recommends that you do not use the wheelchair in
extreme conditions, such as heavy rain, thick snow, or
excessive heat or cold.
CAUTION! Extreme temperatures
Prolonged exposure to sunlight or cold temperatures can
cause wheelchair surfaces to become very hot or cold.
WARNING! Be mindful of sources of
ignition if you carry an oxygen tank
Exercise extreme caution when you carry an oxygen tank with
your wheelchair in close proximity to electronics or other
sources of ignition, such as a kitchen stove.
WARNING! Drive carefully on soft or
uneven surfaces
Use extreme caution when you drive on soft or uneven
surfaces, such as grass, gravel, sand, ice, or snow.
WARNING! Flame resistance
Fabric components have been tested for flammability. Padded
parts meet the requirements of EN 1021–1, EN 1021–2 and
ISO 7176–16. Plastic parts meet the requirements of UL94.
WARNING! Drive carefully in narrow or
confined spaces
Use extreme caution when you drive in narrow or confined
spaces.
WARNING! Drive carefully when there are
ridges
Use extreme caution when there are ridges that could cause
the wheelchair to move in a different direction.
