Inflating the caster wheel tires

Permobil recommends that you check the tire pressure weekly and after any
significant change in temperature or altitude. Incorrect tire pressure can make
the wheelchair unstable and difficult to drive. It can also result in abnormal
wear, a shorter driving range, and damage to the wheel assembly. The tire
pressure for the caster wheel tires is 250 kPa (35 psi).
This is how you inflate the caster wheel tires. You need the valve adapter
from the wheelchair's tool bag.
1. Unscrew and remove the valve cap from the tire valve.
2. Attach the valve adapter to the tire valve.
3. Connect the compressed air nozzle to the valve and adjust the tire
pressure to the correct level.
4. Put the valve adapter back into the tool bag and put the valve cap back.

wear has occurred. If signs of damage or wear appear, replace the positioning
