  • Page 26 OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS FIELD 4 - Digital Display for HEART RATE / PROGRAM Monitors heart rate of the user during exercise, maximum sitting rate admitted is 240 beats per minute (bpm). The user must secure the heart bead readers in order to activate this function.

  • Page 31 OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS WORK LEVEL SYSTEM Equipment work level has the function of making the elliptical's pedaling easier or more difficult. When the work level is higher, its resistance increases. When it is lower, the resistance decreases. The work level may be adjusted in accordance with the user's training level.

Apoye los pies con firmeza en las zapatas de la elíptica y sostenga el pasamanos, empuje el selector de carga a fin de liberar el freno y alcanzar la carga deseada.

Cuando mayor es la carga, más pesado es el ejercicio. Cuando menor la carga, quedará más liviano. La carga puede ser ajustada de acuerdo con el nivel de entrenamiento del usuario.
