Initialisation

During the initialisation phase (the voltage supply was applied or the RESET button
was pressed) it is determined which other devices are still connected and which
becomes master or slave.
By default, the device with the highest address becomes the master, while the
descending addresses determine the slaves. The address results from the serial
number of the device.
During initialization, the LEDs light up one after the other as follows:
Phase 1:
L1: Off
L2: lights green
Phase 2:
L1: lights red
L2: color change
blue / red / green / orange
Phase 3:
L1: Off
L2: Off
Phase 4:
L1: lights red
L2: flashes blue
Phase 5:
L1: Off
L2: lights up blue (if the device is the
master), otherwise lights magenta.
L3: Off
L4: Off
L3: lights green
L4: lights yellow
L3: Off
L4: Off
L3: Off
L4: Off
L3: Off
L4: lights yellow (when the switch-on
conditions (e.g. precharging) are com-
pleted), otherwise L1 lights red.
