Troubleshooting

Problem
The camera displays a
TCP/IP error.
The camera displays a
"no memory card"
error.
Upload is interrupted
and fails to resume.
The connection is
unreliable.
Troubleshooting
Connection settings require adjustment. Check
settings for the host computer or wireless router
and adjust camera settings appropriately (0411).
The memory card is inserted incorrectly or not at all.
Confirm that the memory card is correctly inserted
(075).
Upload will resume if the camera is turned off and
then on again (0473).
If [Auto] is selected for [Channel] when you are
connecting to a smart device, choose [Manual] and
select the channel manually (0410).
If the camera is connected to a computer in
infrastructure mode, check that the router is set to a
channel between 1 and 8 (0411).
