- Page 2 Review ALL instructions before beginning assembly. These instructions are provided to avoid problems that may occur from improper assembly or installation. Mayline and/or its distributor are not responsible for failure resulting from improper assembly or installation of this product. Moreover, all warranties are void for failure to follow these assembly instructions.
- Page 3 Insert Wood Dowels (A) into Side Panels (P & Q). Insert Cam (B) into Side Panels (P & Q). Attach the Back Panel (U) to the Top (O) , Side Panels (P & Q) and the Bottom Panel (T) Attach Top (O) to assembled cabinet by turning Cams (B). Apply Cam Stickers (D) to by using Screws (L).
- Page 4 Install Leveler Assemblies (E) to Side Panels (P & Q) using Screws (F). Insert Shelf Supports (K) into the Side Panels (P & Q) at the desired height. Attach Door Stop (G) to underside of Top (O) using Screws (H). Put the Shelf Panel (S) on the Shelf Supports (K).
- Page 5 Pre-Installed Replacement Attach Handles (I) to Wood Doors (W & V) using Screws (J). Install Wood Doors (W & V) onto Cabinet. Adjust doors for alignment as necessary by using the adjustment screws on the hinges. Parts List Included Included Part Part Qty.
