Tyre Replacement
Refer to Safety Precautions on page 97.
The tyres that came on your ATV were designed to match the
performance capabilities of your ATV and provide the best
combination of handling, braking, and comfort.
It is best to replace all four tyres, however if that is not possible, you
must replace the tyres in pairs (front or rear) with tyres of the same
size and type as the originals. Never replace just one tyre.
WARNING
Installing improper tyres on your ATV can
affect handling and stability. This can cause a
crash in which you can be seriously hurt or
killed.
Always use the size and type of tyres
recommended in this owner's manual.
Used tyres should not be installed if the previous usage record is unknown.
The recommended tyres for your ATV are:
front
rear
When you replace a tyre, remember:
Have the tyre replaced by your dealer if possible.
If you have a tyre professionally replaced at a non-Honda facility, we
recommended that you have the work checked by your dealer.
