Symptom
The DC +12 V voltage is not output
properly.
Cause and remedial action
If a unit whose output exceeds the rating has been connected or
the connected unit is short-circuited, the DC +1 V voltage will
not be output properly owing to the activation of the overcurrent
protection circuit.
