8 ERROR CODES & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Note: If the Pima Analyser does not react to any input from the keypad,
press and hold the Power On button on the back of the analyzer until the

screen turns black and you hear a long single "beep", confirming that the
analyzer is now switched off. Restart the Pima Analyser.

Error Code Window
The Pima Analyser performs a series of checks to ensure that all steps of the

analysis process are completed successfully.
Should one of these checks discover
an error, the test will be aborted

automatically, the cartridge ejected
and an error code displayed on the
screen (an example is shown to the

right).
