Operator name/ID entry

On completion of entering the passcode the user will be required to enter the operator name/ID before being able to gain access to the analyzer.
When prompted by the analyzer enter your operator name/ID using the five way navigation key and then press OK.
Please note the operator name/ID can be a combination of numbers and letters, with a minimum length of two characters and maximum of
20 characters. If the operator name/ID entered does not comply with the minimum length requirement, then the analyzer will prompt for the
operator name/ID to be corrected accordingly.
If successful, the analyzer will display the Abbott screen and complete the start-up checks (see 4.4 Self tests).
Please note the operator name/ID will remain the same until a new user of the analyzer logs on. The operator name/ID will be displayed in the
test details, test printout and the analyzer summary screen.

Self tests

On successful completion of the user logging in, the SoToxa™ Mobile Analyzer will perform a series of start-up checks to make sure it is in a
good operating condition.
During this testing, the Abbott screen will be displayed.
The analyzer will not be able to run start-up checks if a SoToxa™ Test Cartridge is already inserted. Please remove the test
cartridge before switching on.
The operational temperature range for running a test is between 5°C to 35°C. Outside of this range the following message will be
displayed:
Allow the analyzer to reach ambient temperature before use. If moving the analyzer between storage and operating
environments of different temperatures or humidities, this may take at least 30 minutes. If climatic differences are significant,
allow more than 30 minutes for the analyzer to acclimate.
