RECEIVER PART IDENTIFICATION PART # 310 124 XXX (Figure A) points out distinguishing features of the iCon 960 receiver so that the top and bottom can be identified. Features to look for are the alpha keying receptacle on the top side and the numeric keying receptacle on the bottom.

(Figure A) Align the dowel pins and gently push the ITA onto the receiver. There will be about a 0.20″ gap. NOTE: The iCon 960 ITA is polarized; to prevent upside down engagement. Rotate the handle 180º clockwise (Figure B).

COVER INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS (CONT’D) OPTION A: DISENGAGED POSITION Place the cover onto the iCon 960 ITA as shown in (Figure A). The lip will align with the ITA groove. Slide the cover onto the ITA frame until it is fully seated against the ITA frame.

REMOVABLE COVER REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS COVER Place the iCon 960 ITA in a face down position with the protective cover installed. Using a flat head screwdriver to remove the shoulder screw located in the center of the engagement handle. (Figure A).

ICON 960 USER MANUAL ITA MODULE INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL PART # 410 124 XXX TOOLS REQUIRED 5/32 Allen Wrench ITA MODULE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Remove the handle by removing the 6-32 slotted shoulder screw. Remove the enclosure by loosening the captive screws located at the top and bottom of the ITA, then gently pulling backwards.

RECEIVER PROTECTIVE COVER INSTALLATION PART # 310 113 489 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Align the center boss of the iCon 960 protective cover with the center bushing on the receiver (Figure A). Push the cover on, ensuring that the center boss mates properly with the center bushing.

ICON 960 USER MANUAL TROUBLESHOOTING ITA frame does not line up when engaging with receiver. • This may indicate that the ITA was dropped and is out of alignment or that a module is not mating with its intended module.
