Faults and solutions

POSSIBLE CAUSES / CORRECTION
Plug disconnected from the outlet.
Bas connection in outlet.
Power failure or voltage oscillation.
Blackout, house fuse burned or circuit
breaker off.
Voltage at outlet very high or very low (in
this case, the compressor will give several
successive starts without working).
Improper temperature control set of
refrigerator compartment.
Incidence of direct sunlight or other heat
sources near the refrigerator.
Air circulation impaired
Excessive time of open door.
Clothes/objects on the condenser.
Dirty condenser.
Improper temperature control set of
refrigerator compartment.
Food placed near the air openings.
Very moist foods.
Extended power failure.
Overcharging in freezer compartment.
Refrigerator turned recently on.

compartment.
Food placed near the air openings.
Freezer door does not close completely.
Connect plug to the outlet.
Correct the fault in the outlet.
Disconnect plug from the outlet for 5 min
and reconnect it.
Wait for electricity return, replace fuse or
turn the circuit breaker on.
Install a voltage stabilizer (not lower than
2000 VA).
Set it properly, according to item
"Refrigerator Temperature Control".
See "Installation - "Choose the place"
Unblock the air openings.
Open it only for the necessary time.
Remove the objects.
Clean it according to instructions.
Select the correct temperature.
Place them correctly.
Dry them before storing them.
Food stored in Freezer cannot be in good
conditions to be consumed. Check each
one to make sure they are good.
Respect the freezing capacity of your
refrigerator.
Wait for the freezer cooling.
Adjust temperature in freezer compartment
to "maximum".
Place them correctly.
Check if there are no objects like towels in
refrigerator top or foods inside the freezer
that are obstructing the door closing.
