Introduction
WARNING:

Maintenance schedule
* = General maintenance done by the operator. The
instructions are not given in this operator's manual.

Maintenance

Make sure that nuts and screws are tightened.
Make sure that there are no fuel, water or oil leaks.
Clean the machine.
Make sure that the safety devices are not defective.
Lubrication overview on page 49 .
Lubricate. Refer to
Make sure that the fuel hoses and the couplings are clean and
not damaged.
Make sure that the hoses and the couplings for the cooling sys-
tem are clean and not damaged.
Examine the 12 V battery.
Do a check of the electrical connections and cables.
Do a check of the parking brake wire and adjust the parking
brake.
Do a check of the software for the product and update if neces-
sary.
Do a check of the tension of the PTO belts and make sure the
belts are not worn.
Replace the PTO belts.
Replace the PTO switch.
Hydraulic system
Make sure that the hydraulic hoses and the hydraulic couplings
are clean and not damaged.
Do a check of the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank.
Replace the hydraulic oil filter.
Replace the hydraulic oil.
