6. Once step is selected you may double click to edit name of step
7. Change step name under general tab
8. Include instructions and what to advance on to go to next step
Tip: we recommend to use Freeze as trigger or Image store to advance on
9. Select Imaging mode by placing check next to mode needed and what
preferences for default of current step
10. Measure, select what measurement Is needed for step and what trigger
measure will be
11. Determine what side and location of measurement (only if needed for
applications selected)

12. Add comments to step to be viewed at bottom of image under
comments section
13. Change location of comment if necessary
Note: measurements are associated with imaging mode chosen, therefore
mode must be selected prior to adding measurements under measurements
tab at top of sheet
14. Save will save changes under current protocol name
15. Save as will re-name and save
Tip: Factory protocols will only be saved as user protocols. Factory protocols
can not be changes and saved as factory protocols
