volume size when built

SAX volume view allows
"centering" of the LV in the
capturing volume, press
Angle for other views which
may be appropriate for
different target structures
FlexiZoom
There are 2 possible workflows for FlexiZoom
Workflow 1:
1. Scan in regular 2D mode
2. Press 4D Zoom Prepare on touch panel
3. A biplane image appears on the screen
Number of cycles and frame rate can be adjusted on the fly
