Removing the balloon stainless steel whisk, kneading hook and mixing hook

• Make sure that the plug has been removed
from the mains. Set the speed regulator (2)
to 0 (off).
• Press the motor head (10) down lightly.
• Hold the release lever (1) at the

until it can be heard to lock in place.
• First, remove residual mix or dough using a
spatula.
• Press the accessory part upwards slightly
and release it by turning it in a clockwise
direction and then pulling it out.
• Lift the motor head (10) slightly back again.
• Keep the release lever (1) in position

7. Cleaning

• Never plunge the device in water or other liquids.
• Remove the plug from the mains.
• Remove the accessory parts after use and simply wipe down the food processor with a
damp cloth and then dry it.
• Bowl, whisk and hooks can be cleaned in a dishwasher. Or simply clean them thoroughly
by hand in hot washing-up water.
• Avoid scratches. Never use the scouring side of washing-up sponges or scouring agents.
• Never leave the parts in water for any length of time (several hours or overnight). This
• can harm the metal.
• The motor bearings are self-lubricating and should not require any further attention
under normal conditions of use.

8. Faults and troubleshooting

If the unit fails to operate, please check whether the plug is plugged in.
Please check if other appliances with high wattage are in operation simultaneously, causing
the main fuse or circuit breaker to blow. First isolate the utensil from the mains. Reconnect
the fuse.
Please check if the main fuse blows, this is normally an indication of a fault. In this case,
an expert should check the utensil.
