Using the speed regulator

• The speed regulator (2) must be set to
position 0 (off). When starting the machine,
always begin at a low speed and then
increase the speed step by step until the
final speed required is reached. In this way
you can avoid ingredients spattering out of
the bowl (3) and overloading.
• The regulator button (1) has to be turned
clockwise for continuous use and
anticlockwise (for a short time, max.
approx. 10 sec.) for pulse application.
WARNING: The machine has a start delay function: When the speed regulator
(2) is turned, the machine starts with a slight delay of about one second, and
then accelerates until the desired speed is reached.
