    The Lid is not properly in place on the Duet. Make sure the Lid is in place and the Lock icon is displayed. If the correct lid is on the Duet and it is correctly in place (or locked) and the LID error is still displayed, unplug the Duet, and contact Customer Service.
  • Page 37 Error Code Er1 is displayed and the Duet is not cooking. Cancel the cooking function and unplug the Duet to allow it to cool. If the Duet is still not working after letting it cool and turning it on again, contact Customer Service.
