When I reheat, the dish I use gets very hot, and sometimes the food on the outside gets hot, but the inside of the food is often cold

Food may reheat unevenly in the NuWave Bravo XL 20801 because default temperatures, times, and rack positions are only a guide and may need adjustments. Additionally, food placement, thickness, and moisture content can affect heating. Using the temperature probe can help ensure even reheating by cooking to the internal temperature.
