2 Use

2.2 Operation

Turn the thermostat knob clockwise until you reach
the desired temperature. The on/off pilot light and the
thermostat light will light up. The grill plate will now be
preheated. When the thermostat light goes out, the teppan
yaki has reached the correct temperature. You can now
prepare the dish.
Attention!
Make sure to switch off the teppan yaki when you have fi nished preparing the dish.
Always turn the knob anticlockwise to return to the zero setting. You cannot reach the
zero setting by turning the knob clockwise.
Attention!
Please remember that it takes some time for the teppan yaki to cool down after
switching off. The residual heat indicator will go out as soon as the teppan yaki has
cooled down.
