  • Page 8 Take the Front bottom tube (84) and join the Middle computer wire (46) with Lower computer wire (39). Attach the Front bottom tube (84) to the Main frame (1) using 5 sets of Flat washers (φ8) (41) and Screw (M8*16) (40). Attach the Front bottom tube cover (47) to the Front bottom tube (84) using Screw (ST3.8*16) (48).
  • Page 9 11 6 1 1 8 1 1 8 Attach the Middle handrail (L & R) (87 & 116) to the Front post (60) using 1 Front post axle (86), 2 Flat washer (φ8.5) (82), 2 Spring washer (φ8) (81) and 2 Screw (M8*16) (40). Attach the Pedal post connect tube (L) (91) to the left crank arm using the Pedal hinge bolt (L) (92), Flat washer (φ17) (118), Wave washer (φ17) (106), Spring washer (φ13) (107) and Nylon nut (L) (108).
  • Page 10 Slide the Upper handrail (L&R) (76&75) into the Middle handrail (L&R) (87&116), and then fix with 4 sets of Screw (M6*14) (79) and Nut (M6*25) (80). 11 6 11 6 Attach Upper handrail covers (78) onto Middle handrail (L&R) (87&116), then fasten with 8 Screw (M5*10) (71).
  • Page 11 Connect the Upper computer wire (69) to the Computer wire. Connect the Pulse sensor wire (100) to the Computer pulse sensor wire. Slide the computer (73) down to the Computer Bracket situated at the top of the Front post then fix with 4 Screw (M5*10) (71). Fit the Fix handlebar cover (Rear) (68) to the Front post (60) using 1 Screw (M5*10) (71) and 2 Screw (ST2.9*14) (70).
  • Page 12 Attach the pedal (89L&89R) to the pedal post (88&102) using 4 sets of Screw (M8*40) (90), Flat washer (φ8) (95) and Lock nut (M8) (103). Attach the Crank cover (Rear) (8) to the Crank cover (Front) (6) using 4 Screw (ST2.9*8) (9). PS: The crank must be in the upside position as tight crank as illustrated above when use (112) to tighten Screws (9).

It will also reduce the risk of cramp and muscle injury.

This is a repeat of the warm up exercise e.g. reduce your tempo, continue for approximately 5 minutes. The stretching exercises should now be repeated, again remembering not to force or jerk your muscles into the stretch. As you get fitter you may need to train longer and harder.
