Service
A number of controller values can be printed for use in a service situation
Read the temperature at the S5 (S
Read status of input DI
Read the duration of the ongoing defrost or the duration of the last completed
defrost.
Read the temperature at the S3 (S
Read status at the day-/night operation (night operation: on/off )
Read status at the ON input
Read status at the DO output
Read the temperature at the S4 (S
Read the temperature according to which the thermostat function regulate
Read the ongoing cutin time for the thermostat or the duration of the last completed
cutin
Read the temperature at the S2 sensor
Read superheat
Read the control's actual superheat reference
Read the valve's actual opening degree
Read the evaporating pressure in bar
Read the evaporating pressure in degrees
Factory setting
If you need to zeroset the controller and reset the factory-set values, do it like this:
switch off the supply voltage – keep both buttons pushed in at the same time as you
reconnect the supply voltage.
Fault message
In an error situation the LED's on theEKA 162 will flash and the relay will be activated.
If you push the top button in this situation you can see the alarm report in the display.
There are two kinds of error reports - it can either be an alarm occurring during the
daily operation, or there may be a defect in the installation.
A-alarms will not become visible until the set time delay has expired.
E-alarms, on the other hand, will become visible the moment the error occurs.
(An A alarm will not be visible as long as there is an active E alarm).
