New danfoss ref control showing -40c but I want just +2c to +6c how I calibrated
To calibrate the Danfoss EKC 202C-MS controller to display and control temperatures between +2°C and +6°C, follow these steps:
1. Access the Programming Mode:
- Press and hold the [SET] button for 5 seconds until the display shows "PAS" (password).
- Enter the password (default is often "1234") using the up/down arrows.
- Press [SET] to confirm.
2. Set Temperature Range:
- Navigate to parameter r01 (Setpoint) and set it to the desired midpoint (e.g., +4°C).
- Go to r02 (Differential) and set it to 2°C. This creates a control range of +2°C to +6°C (±2°C from setpoint).
- Press [SET] to confirm each value.
3. Verify Sensor Calibration (if needed):
- Check parameter r05 (Sensor offset) to ensure temperature readings are accurate. Adjust if the displayed temperature is consistently off.
4. Exit Programming Mode:
- Press and hold [SET] for 5 seconds or wait for the controller to time out.
The controller will now regulate the temperature between +2°C and +6°C.
