Selecting Sounds

On the JUPITER-Xm, you select a scene and play the sounds that are
assigned to each of the five parts.

Recalling/Saving a Scene
The JUPITER-Xm can store a total of 256 scenes, organized as 16 banks each
containing 16 scenes.

Recalling a Scene

Press the
[SCENE] button
* The SCENE TOP screen is the first screen that appears when you turn on the
power.
* When the
[PART] button
is lit, press the
TOP screen.

[1]–[16] buttons

Saving a Scene

The edits that you make to a part or tone, or the data that you record, are
temporary. They are lost when you turn off the power, or when you select
another scene or tone. If you want to keep the result of your editing or
recording, you must save it to a scene.
* If you want to save a tone individually, use the tone write operation (p. 8).
