Probable Cause
Unit has run over preset/prepay amount.
1. Solid state relay on solenoid drive board
shorted.
2. Debris in diaphragm valve, actuator, or
proportional flow control valve.
3. Defective diaphragm valve (non-blender
only).
4. Defective actuator (non-blender only).
5. Defective computer.
6. Defective proportional flow control valve
(Blenders only).
Probable Cause
ROM error.
1. Computer found defective ROM chip dur-
ing self test.
A. To clear the error message it is necessary to either cycle the power to the Duplex Computer or enter
option 99, change the data to 3 and exit option programming. Even if the problem is corrected the fault
code will continue to be displayed until one of these procedures is executed.

Corrective Action
Check for 110VAC output (24VDC for blenders) to valve(s)
with handle off. If 110VAC (24VDC for blenders) is present,
replace solenoid drive board.
Check/clean all valves.
Install diaphragm service kit.
Replace actuator.
Replace computer assembly.
Replace proportional flow control valve.

Corrective Action
Clear error. If problem reoccurs replace computer assembly.
