1. Defective display assembly.
2. Defective data cable.
3. Defective computer.

Probable Cause
1. Control system unit price set at 0.000.
2. Unit price not set at dispenser. If a control
system is connected go to Step 4.
3. Data was corrupted then cleared by the
computer. Check option 01 to verify. See
programming manual part number

4. Fueling point # not set. If a control system
is not connected go to Step 5.
5. Defective computer.

Corrective Action
Check control power circuit breaker
Check for AC between pins 1 and 2 of J3 connector. If not
present check in J-box. If not present in J-box problem is in
site wiring. If 110 VAC is present in the J-box the problem is
in the dispenser internal wiring.
Check F1 and F3 on computer board and replace as necessary.
Replace the display board.
Replace.
Corrective Action
Replace the faulty display assembly.
Replace data cable.
Replace computer assembly.
