How to Assemble

1.
Installation of Back Panel and Side Panels
Attach Right/Left Side Panels to Back Panel using
Flat Washers, Spring Washers and Fixing Bolts.
(4 places)
・ Back side of Right/Left Side Panels have 2 holes
on one place.
・ Back side of the Back Panel has larger hole than
Front side.
2.
Installation of Front Panel
（1）
Attach Right/Left Side Panels to Front Panel using
Flat Washers, Spring Washers and Fixing Bolts. (8 places)
※Do not remove Protective Tape (Top and Bottom) on
Front Panel.
（2）
Attach Stiffeners to Front Panel and Right/Left Side
Panels inside the crate using Flat Washers, Spring
Washers and Bolts. (Front has 2 places, Right/Left
on both sides have 1 place each.)
3.
Installation of Door Lock Receiver and
Side Receiver
（1）
Attach Door Lock Receiver on Left Side
Panel using Fixing Bolts. (4 places)
Make sure lock receiving part of Door
Lock Receiver faces front side of this
product as shown below.
Screws
（2）
Attach Door Lock Side Receiver on Right Side
Panel using Fixing Bolts. (2 places)
Make sure lock receiving part of Door Lock Side
Receiver faces front side of this product as
shown below.
Lock receiving part
Use a Philip-head screw driver for assembly.
Finish tightening all bolts after the product is assembled.
