Note:
• The amount and intensity of mist produced might vary during normal operation.
• Factors that can affect mist intensity include water type, humidity, temperature and air
currents.
• Thanks to our Hydro-Safe technology, the diffuser will turn off automatically when
water runs out.
• We recommend, to extend the life of your product and have the full VortCare wellness
experience, to only use VortEssence 100% natural aromas. Those containing
chemicals, spices or impurities will shorten your VortEssence Design's lifespan.
• Clean the tank as per the maintenance instructions before changing aroma.

Maintenance

Accidental leakage
If during normal use your VortEssence gets knocked over and water enters the
electronics compartment at the bottom of the unit please:
1. Unplug the unit and remove the cover.
2. Pour out any remaining water from the water tank.
3. Shake the unit gently to drain residual water and let it dry for at least 24 hours.
