Caution:

• Do not make modifications of any kind to the appliance.

• Periodically inspect the appliance for damage. If any faults are found, do not operate the appliance; contact
VORTICE immediately.
• In the event that the appliance is dropped or suffers a heavy blow, have it checked immediately by VORTICE

appliance. If this is not the case, arrange for a qualified electrician to make the necessary modifications.

c) if the appliance is not to be used for any length of time.

Note: The cables required for connection to the mains and UVLOGIKA SYSTEM, not included in the supply,
must have the following characteristics: nominal cross-section: 3x0.75 mm2 (outer Ø = 7 mm).

Power supply: single phase 220-240 V ~ 50/60 Hz.
Maximum permissible load: 3 A.

Adjustment

The circuit of the PIR SYSTEM, in the event of presence of people, deactivates the lamp to which it is connected
for an adjustable time from 3 to 20 minutes (factory setting=3 min). To adjust the trimmer, follow the sequence in
figure 12.
The lamp will therefore remain off for the set interval and will only turn on again only if there are no people in the
room; if after this set time, people will still be detected inside the room, the lamp will remain off for another cycle.

Maintenance and cleaning

For device maintenance or replacement, contact an authorised VORTICE T echnical Service Centre.
The product does not require special cleaning. Remove dust from the accessory with a clean cloth or compressed
air after disconnecting the unit from the mains.
