Accidental leakage
If during normal use your VortEssence Go gets knocked over
and water enters the electronics compartment at the bottom
of the unit, please:
1. Unplug the unit and remove the cover.
2. Pour out any remaining water from the water tank.
3. Shake the unit gently to drain residual water and let it dry
for at least 24 hours.
To ensure longevity of your VortEssence product, we
recommend cleaning it weekly as follows:
1. Unplug the product from the power supply and remove the
cover.
2. Pour out any remaining water in the tank from the drain
side.
3. Use a gentle diluted kitchen detergent on a damp cloth to
clean the tank.
4. Refer to the following pictures (fig. 5) to avoid water flowing
into the air outlet. Always pour water out towards the left
side of the unit.
