Pairing Thermostat and Operator

Turn the knob to show the MAINMENU
and push the knob to enter.
Turn the knob clockwise until the

display shows SETTINGS and
push the knob TWICE to enter
the TEACH function.

Push the knob once to start the
TEACH function. The TEACH
function will remain active for 30
seconds.
While the TEACH function is active,

push the LEARN button on the
operator once.
When the operator has been paired

with the thermostat the operator's
LEDs will flash three times.

Thread the operator to the valve's
actuator connection.
Push and hold the LEARN button

to start the operator's calibration
cycle. Release button once motor
starts to move.

When the operator has finished
its calibration cycle the LEDs will
flash green three times.

When finished mounting the
operator to the valve, reattach the
operator cover.

Mounting Operator to Valve
The operators MUST be within 2
feet of the thermostat for pairing
to be successful.
Repeat steps 3 through 5 for
each additional operator.
LEDs
Do not use tools to mount the
operator to the valve. Hand
tighten only.
If actuator blinks red,
recalibration is required.
Recalibration is not necessary
when the batteries are replaced.
