Loop Back Connector.

A loop back connector can be used to echo RS232 data
transmitted by the PSI BOX back into the RS232 receiver. This
is of use in Mode 1 and 2 when data written to the PSI BOX
can be read back by the IEEE controller. In this way the
function of the serial port can be tested.
A loop back connector is a female 25 pin D connector that
has the three groups of signals shorted together as in Figure 5-8.
