Note: at each of the jumper selectable input ranges, the software
selectable gains of 1-2-4-8 or 1-10-100-1000 may be applied.
Thus on the AD1200PGL card when jumper set for -2.5 to +2.5
bipolar input, software selectable input ranges are:
gain =1 -2.5
gain =2 -1.25
gain =4 -0.625
gain =8 -0.3125
