- Page 4 #A x 6 pcs #B x 6 pcs Backside #C x 6 pcs Align the left HB leg (#2) with the pre-drilled holes of the headboard (#1). Prepare 3 bolt assemblies by inserting FIRST the lock washer (#C) onto the bolt (#A) and then the flat washer (#B) onto the Note: Right and SAME bolt (#A), in that order.
- Page 5 Align the 4 slats (#6) with the pre-drilled holes of the side rails (#5). Secure 2 screws (#E) onto the ends of the slat (#6) using a Phillips screwdriver to tighten them with the side rails (#5). Repeat the process to assemble the remaining 3 slats (#6) onto the side rails (#5).
