the password. If the default password "999" is still valid, no password is
required.
4. The first digit or character of the setting value/text of the concerned parameter
starts flashing; in case of an enumerator the entire text is flashing. Use the [

5. To store a new value, push the [E] button. If the parameter is of numeric type the
LCD display confirms the storage by showing "---" on the display. If a setting
value beyond the allowed limits is confirmed in the setting mode, the former
value is restored and remains unchanged.
6. To exit the setting mode without saving changes, press the [C] button once
before confirming and the display returns to view mode. Press the [C] button
once more and the display returns to idle mode.

Configuration

Parameters under "Configuration" are basically parameters the customer usually
sets only once. These parameters are not related to the protection functions.

To alter a parameter, proceed as follows:
1. Select the main menu group "Configuration" and enter the desired parameter by
using the arrow buttons.
2. Enter the setting mode by pressing the [E] button. If the default password has
been changed, the text PASSWORD appears on the display and you have to give
the password. If the default password "999" is still valid, no password is
required.
3. The first digit or character of the setting value/text of the concerned parameter
starts flashing; in case of an enumerator the entire text is flashing. Set the digit/
character by using the [
