The non-latching operation mode selected, the operation indication disappears along
with the fault. When the indication is selected to be latching, it remains even if the
fault disappears. Reset latching indications as follows:
• To clear the alarm text and indication LEDs, press the [C] button. If the fault has
disappeared, the message will be cleared; if not, the fault is stable and the alarm
text will remain on the display.
If several protection functions trip within a short time, the indication of the first
tripping remains on the display until the time determined by the "New trip
indication" setting value has expired. After this, a new trip indication displaces the
old one.

Self-supervision, IRF

When the self-supervision system detects a permanent internal relay fault, the ready
indication LED starts blinking. At the same time the IRF relay that is normally
picked up drops off and a fault code appears on the display. During an internal fault
all other output contacts are blocked.

The fault code is a number that identifies the fault type. Record the code and state it
when ordering service. Fault codes are listed in the following table.
