providing safe operation. Tables are moved with built-in handle-levers. This arrangement
allows fast and easy setting the machine for a necessary processing type.
The machine's switch 50 (figure 1) with a special system for accidental turning on protection
is mounted on turnable bracket designed to provide accessible and safe ON/OFF switching.
For the blank orientation against the cutting device and to provide its linear, straight and
longitudinal movement, the machine is equipped with a combined fence with turnable
bracket.
In order to prevent saw blade wedging during cutting, the machine is equipped with splitting
blade 2а.
To prevent the rotating parts accessing, the machine is equipped with protection devices:
guards and cases.
The machine is equipped with scales indicating the blade depth, sawing and milling width
and planing depth.
Fail-free machine operation largely depends on correct maintenance and timely malfunctions
elimination.
To prepare for operation it's necessary to perform:
● assembling;
● mounting;
● knives adjustment;
● starting.
Remove the machine and set of parts from packaging.
To assemble the machine, it's necessary to set it on a table and mount on it the devices and
guards form package set.
● Adjust the saw blade insert (sub-item 10.1.1);
● Mount the saw blade guard with splitting blade (sub-item 10.1.2);
● Mount the combined fence (sub-item 10.1.3);
● Mount the cutter-block guard with bracket (sub-item 10.1.4);
● Mount the router table (sub-item 10.1.5).
Saw table insert should be adjusted so that the mark " " 30b (figure 3) matches the center of
saw blade 32 and the groove 30а is parallel to the surface of saw blade 32. To perform that,
loosen the screws 30c, adjust the insert 30 and tighten the screws.
10.1.2 Mounting of saw blade guard with splitting blade
To mount the splitting blade 2a (figure 4) on the machine it's necessary to pass its end with
sweep slot
through the notch of the insert and thrust it over two threaded rods so that the sweep slot
locates
between washers and nuts previously mounted on the threaded rods.
Then it's necessary to adjust the splitting blade position. To do that, firstly set the saw blade
to maximal depth. Place the splitting blade symmetrically in the center in saw blade plane
providing the radial distance between the splitting blade 2a and saw blade rim to be not
more than 5 mm. This can be performed by moving the washers with nuts 31 and the splitting
blade with sweep slot along the threaded rods. After mounting firmly fix the splitting blade

10.1 Machine assembling
10.1.1 Saw table insert adjustment
