not meet the requirements may lead to dangerous situations.
Maintenance
1) Send your power tools to professional maintenance personnel and must be replaced with the same spare parts. This will
ensure the safety of the power tools being repaired.
2) Regular cleaning, maintenance and addition of lubricating oil (grease).
Supplementary safety rules for cutting machines
No grinding wheel shall be used.
No diamond saw blade that does not comply with the performance specified in the specification shall be used.
No broken, deformed or cracked cutting pieces shall be used.
Shall not operate in the state of removing the fixed shield.
The cutting machine shall not be started when the cutting piece is in contact with the workpiece.
After the cutting machine is powered off, do not put down the cutting machine before the cutting blade stops completely,
and do not use any external force to force the diamond saw blade to stop.
Before replacing the cutting blade, adjusting the cutting depth or repairing the cutting machine, the plug should be removed
from the power supply. The diamond saw blade is in a static state; for a cutting machine with a residual current action
protector, the action reliability of the residual action protector should be checked before operation.
When operating in a diamond mill saw blade where it is possible to cut to a dark wire or its own wire, you can only hold the
power tool by insulating the holding surface. When the saw blade of the power tool factory touches the live wire, it may
electrify the exposed metal parts of the power tool and expose the operator to the risk of electric shock.
Be careful when making a "blind cut" into a wall or other blind area. A diamond saw blade may cut a gas pipe or pipe, a wire,
or an object that causes a rebound.
Keep your hands away from the sawing area and the diamond saw blade. Your other hand is always holding the auxiliary
handle.
If you hold the cutter with both hands, you will not be hurt by the saw blade.
Do not touch the bottom of the workpiece. The shield does not protect the saw blade under the workpiece.
Always use diamond saw blades that match properly with the size and axis switch (diamond or round). If the diamond saw
blade does not match the clamping parts of the cutting machine, it will cause eccentric operation and cause out of control.
Do not use damaged washers and bolts that do not match the size. The use of damaged or inconsistent washers and bolts
can cause the operation to get out of control.
Please keep this manual.
Warning: this stone cutting machine is strictly forbidden to work with water!
Adjusting cutting depth
Loosen the butterfly nut on the depth ruler and move the platform
plate up and down. At the desired cutting depth, tighten the
butterfly nut to secure the platform plate.
* Note: whenever the cutting depth is adjusted, be sure to tighten
the butterfly nut.
