VGA/Video Display Enable
Jumper JPG1 enables or disables onboard VGA support. When this jumper is set to Disabled,
both rear VGA port, located at I/O back panel, and the optional front accessible VGA header,
located at JVGA2 are disabled. The default setting is on pins 1-2 to enable the connection
for VGA support.
