When changing core bits, or when dismantling the equipment, always ensure that the hydraulic unit is switched off and that the switch lever (I-O) at the DD-750 HY motor unit is in the OFF position.

To achieve a high level of dust collection, use a suitable vacuum cleaner of the type recommended by Hilti for wood dust and/or mineral dust together with this tool. Ensure that the workplace is well ventilated. The use of a dust mask of filter class P2 is recommended.

The DD-750 HY can be operated with manual control of drilling feed pressure or with a hydraulic feed unit. The D-R..L rails used by the drilling system can also be used with Hilti wallsaw systems.

General description and technical data for the DD-750 HY level of exposure to vibration should also take into account the times when the tool is switched off or when it is running but not actually doing the job. This may significantly reduce the exposu- re level over the total working period.

3. The D-LP 32 hydraulic unit The DD-750 HY can be operated directly with manual feed control as described at section 1. The DD-AF-HY automatic feed unit (if used) can be connected directly to the D-LP 32 and controlled by the D-RC-LP32 remote control unit with a maximum oil flow rate of 60 I/min.
