may damage the Sonic Cloud ECO atomization plate.

Precautions

Please check the below tips to avoid malfunction of the unit:
• Do not attempt to repair or disassemble the unit as it will
void warranty. If you have any questions, please contact our
after-sales service.
• Do not touch the Sonic Cloud ECO atomization plate.
• Only 100% natural essential oils should be used. Those
containing chemicals, spices or impurities will shorten your
VortEssence Go lifespan. For best results, we recommend
use of VortCare essential oils, made with 100% natural
ingredients. For more information on VortEssence aromas
and where to find them please visit vortcare.com.
• Clean regularly as per maintenance instructions to avoid
malfunction.
• Always unplug before maintenance.
• For hygiene reasons pour out remaining water from tank
and wipe with a clean dry cloth when done using.
• Essential oils may stain. In the event of spillage, please
wipe away with a soft cloth.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Always keep on stable flat surface. Do not place on carpet
or duvet like surfaces.
• Designed for use with tap or distilled water.
• Avoid moving the product while in use.
• Do not pierce or over twist the USB cable.
