24. Compliance with Laws.
You will, at Your expense, obtain and maintain the governmental authorizations, licenses, registrations and filings that
may be required under the laws of India to execute or perform this Agreement or any related license agreements. In the
event any governmental authorization, license, registration and/or filing is required, You will notify RIM of such
requirement and will only proceed with any governmental authorization, license, registration and/or filing process upon
RIM's express written consent. You will otherwise comply with all laws, regulations and other legal requirements within
India that apply to this Agreement or any related license agreements.
