Procedimiento para lubricar la porción de la placa
1) Afl oje y saque el tornillo 1 .
2) Abra la placa frontal en la dirección de la fl echa 2 .
3) Prima di mettere la macchina in funzione, applicare un'adeguata quantità di olio una volta al giorno ai punti segnati
con le frecce da A a F .
Prima di mettere la macchina in funzione, applicare una goccia di olio una volta al giorno al punto segnato con la freccia Q .
4) Cierre la placa frontal.
5) Apriete y fi je el tornillo 1 .

1） 矢印 G 〜 H 、 J 〜 N 、 R 〜 S で示された箇所には、１日１回運転する前に適量を注油してください。
ただし、 R は PLC-1710-7、 PLC-1760-7 のみの給油箇所になります。
MN については、二本針ミシンの場合、左釜にも同様の給油箇所があります。
矢印 P で示された箇所は、タンクになっていますので、1 週間に 1 度 5p 注油してください。
2） 初めて運転される前、または長期間使用しなかった場合には、矢印で示した箇所及びトップカバー 3
を外し、各フェルトと油芯に適量を注油してください。
（注意） 必要以上に給油すると、油もれの原因となります。
1) Prior to operation, apply an adequate amount of oil once a day to the points marked with the arrows G to H , J to N
and R to S . However, R is the lubricating point for PLC-1710-7 and PLC-1760-7 only.
For M and N , there are similar lubricating points for the left hook as well in case of 2-needle machine.
Apply 5ml of oil to the point marked with arrow P once a week since it is used as a tank.
2) When you operate your machine for the fi rst time after the set-up or after an extended period of disuse, apply an ad-
equate amount of oil to the points marked with the arrows and to each felt and oil wick after removing top cover 3 .
(Caution) When lubrication is performed more than is necessary, oil leakage will be caused.
1) Die mit den Pfeilen G bis H , J bis N und R bis S markierten Stellen sind vor dem Betrieb einmal täglich mit einer
angemessenen Ölmenge zu schmieren. Die Schmierstelle R ist jedoch nur für PLC-1710-7 und PLC-1760-7 vorge-
sehen.
Im Falle der 2-Nadel-Maschine sind für M und N entsprechende Schmierstellen auch für den linken Greifer vorhan-
den.
Tragen Sie einmal wöchentlich 5 ml Öl auf die mit Pfeil P markierte Stelle auf, da sie als Tank verwendet wird.
2) Wird die Maschine nach der Einrichtung erstmalig oder nach längerer Stillegung wieder in Betrieb genommen, sind
die mit Pfeilen markierten Stellen sowie die einzelnen Ölfi lze und Öldochte nach Abnehmen der Deckplatte 3 mit
einer ausreichenden Ölmenge zu schmieren.
(Vorsicht) Bei unnötig starker Schmierung kommt es zu Ölauslaufen.

fl èches G à H , J à N et R à S . R est un point de lubrifi cation pour les PLC-1710-7 et PLC-1760-7 seulement.
Dans le cas d'une machine 2 aiguilles, il y a également des points de lubrifi cation similaires à M et N pour le crochet
gauche.
Appliquer 5 ml d'huile sur le point marqué par la fl èche P une fois par semaine car il sert de réservoir.
2) Lorsqu'on utilise la machine pour la première fois après l'installation ou après une longue période d'inutilisation,
mettre une quantité appropriée d'huile aux points indiqués par les fl èches et sur chaque feutre et mèche d'huile après
avoir retiré le couvercle supérieur 3 .
(Attention) Veiller à ne pas effectuer une lubrifi cation excessive car il en résulterait des fuites d'huile.
