TROUBLESHOOTING

The air purifier may operate abnormally due to minor causes not because of the product
malfunction but because of the fact that the user is not familiar with the product use. In such a
case, problems can be solved easily even without the help from the Service Center by checking
the following items. If you can't solve the problem after checking the following items, please call
the Service Center.
Symptom
• Is the power cord connected?
No air is blowing.
• Is the display part all turned off?

• Isn't it in Auto or Silent mode?
