4 Familiarising yourself with your appliance
4.1 Controls
You can use the control panel to configure all functions
of your appliance and to obtain information about the
operating status.
Note: On certain models, specific details such as col-
our and shape may differ from those pictured.

Buttons and touch keys
Touch fields are touch-sensitive surfaces. To select a
function, touch the relevant field.

press and hold the button for

The buttons have a pressure point. Press the buttons to
actuate them.
There are sensors under the touch keys. To select a
function, press the relevant touch key.
You can turn the control ring infinitely in either direction.
To use the control ring, press down lightly on it and turn
it in the direction you require.
The display shows the current setting values, options
and notifications.

Description
Activates the childproof lock.
Press and hold for approx.
4 seconds to deactivate the
childproof lock.
Starts, pauses or cancels oper-
ation (press and hold for ap-
prox. 3 seconds to cancel op-
eration).
Selects the timer.
Selects the "Steam" function.
Selects the "Dough proving"
function.
Selects "Descale".
