2.25 Setting the Unit Length

Switch the display unit of the coordinate value shown on the display to millimeters (mm) or inches (inch).
Length unit switching is reflected in the following items. Other lengths are fixed in millimeters (mm).
• Media size value
• Distance adjustment input value (input is mm unit and standard inch is shown vertically)
• Head adjustment input value
• Position adjustment input value
• m display during printed length value (mm) selection; ft (feet) display during inch selection.
How to set the unit length
Confirm the unit length is set to mm this time.
Confirm the registration mark setting is set to the 3 points this time.
(1) Press the LOCAL Key in READY status, the following menu is displayed.

(2) Press the F1 Key (PRINT MENU), the following menu is displayed.

(3) Press the NEXT Key until the following menu is displayed.

(4) Press the F2 Key (UNIT LENGTH), the following menu is displayed.

(5) Select "mm" by using the POSITION Key (▲ ▼).

(6) Press the ENTER Key to store the setting, and the menu returns to the previous menu.
(7) Press the LOCAL Key, the menu returns to the READY menu.
