OPERATION:

1) Plug into a 15 Amp 230 Volt socket and switch on.
2) turn the thermostat knob clockwise to the required temperature. Switch the toggle
switch to the on position. the red indicator lamp will illuminate indicating that the
power is on. At the same momment as the lamp illuminates, the fan motor will
energize, circulating the hot air through the cabinet.
3) Switch unit off after it has been adequately heated. Prolonged heating will
dehydrate the food on the trays.
